At PARA VITAE USA, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Personalized or custom items
Final sale items
Intimate products such as lingerie or undergarments
2. How to Return an Item
Contact our support team at support@paravitae.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
Ship the item back to the address we provide.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To swap an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.
We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
