At PARA VITAE USA, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Non-returnable items include:

    • Personalized or custom items

    • Final sale items

    • Intimate products such as lingerie or undergarments


2. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our support team at support@paravitae.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the address we provide.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.


4. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. To swap an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.

  • We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
